Getting Early Access to Seating: Sticker 1

Modified on Mon, Oct 21 at 5:41 PM

There are many reasons that people attending conventions may need to get early access to programming spaces in order to find seating. Examples of needs that may be met by this accommodation include but are not limited to:

  • Extra time to get to your seat
  • An open path with reduced obstruction (i.e. before crowds of people are in the aisles)
  • Specific seating requirements (e.g. on an aisle or near a door)

If this accommodation is the best choice for your needs, please request sticker type 1 for your badge at registration. This will allow our staff members to identify you as someone who needs early access to seating without requiring you to advocate for yourself every time. Attendees with this accommodation will be permitted to bring one companion with them into the programming room when they take their seats, and any other members of their party will need to join them when doors open. We also kindly request that you fill out this form if you have not already done so, to allow us to prepare to meet your needs.
