How can I share my needs with staff?

We offer several different options for communicating your accommodation needs to us:

  • The questions associated with each ticket on ShowClix, our ticketing platform, include a free response question where you can share your accommodation needs in your own words. This question can be answered during the purchase process or later on by modifying your ticket details.
  • You can fill out this form, which includes a multiple select option with the access needs we encounter most commonly as well as the ability to share more detailed information in a more structured fashion in several free response fields.
  • You can email us about your needs directly at help@broadwaycon.com — we recommend putting “accessibility” or “accommodation request” in the subject line.
  • If verbal communication is easier for you, we also offer phone and video calls upon request to discuss your specific needs and the accommodations we will be able to provide. To schedule a call, please email us at help@broadwaycon.com.
