Does BroadwayCon have a COVID-19 policy?

Modified on Thu, 21 Dec 2023 at 05:07 PM

Attendance at BroadwayCon will not be contingent upon proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test. Masks, however, are still strongly recommended. Talent and guests reserve the right to refuse interaction with attendees who do not wear masks. This includes during autograph and photograph experiences, so we encourage you to bring a mask with you even if you do not plan to wear it for the duration of your time at BroadwayCon.

If you experience any symptoms like fever, runny nose, coughing, sore throat, headaches, muscle pain and fatigue, we strongly urge you not to attend BroadwayCon. We are happy to transfer your tickets to BroadwayCon 2025 (date and location TBA). Please email help@broadwaycon.com and a member of our team will be in touch to assist you.

If you are unable to attend BroadwayCon due to testing positive for COVID-19: If you have tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days prior to BroadwayCon, we kindly ask that you do not attend BroadwayCon 2024. We are happy to transfer your tickets to BroadwayCon 2025 (date and location TBA). Please email help@broadwaycon.com and include clinical proof of your positive test, and a member of our team will be in touch to initiate your ticket transfer.

If a close contact, such as a family member or roommate, tests positive for COVID-19: If a close contact of yours has tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days prior to BroadwayCon, we strongly encourage that you follow all CDC guidelines for close exposure. For the health and safety of our community, we would be happy to transfer your tickets to BroadwayCon 2025 (date and location TBA). Please email help@broadwaycon.com and include documentation regarding your close contact’s positive case, and a member of our team will be in touch to initiate your ticket transfer.

Any additional BroadwayCon 2024 health and safety policies will be announced at a later date ahead of the event in line with the most up-to-date data and public health advice at that time.

Please note that these policies may change at any time through July 26, 2024. Attendees will be notified via email when there is a health & safety policy update. Additionally, the policy will be updated on this page along with the date at which it was updated.
