All sales are final for BroadwayCon and tickets are not refundable. This policy is outlined in the Terms and Conditions of the ticket. Tickets may be transferred to another individual.
While tickets can be transferred, we do not have an official secondary market for the resale of tickets. if you purchase from another source, you risk buying a counterfeit or invalid ticket. BroadwayCon is not responsible for tickets purchased from unofficial sources.
