What are the terms and conditions of BroadwayCon?

The terms and conditions for BroadwayCon are as follows:


By registering for BroadwayCon, you agree to all BroadwayCon Terms and Conditions, which may change at any time prior to February 9, 2025. Attendees will be held responsible for knowledge of BroadwayCon policies at all times.


Photos and videos are permitted, though subject to restrictions. No attendee may sell or profit from photo or video footage taken at the conference in any manner (including from advertisements on online videos) without prior written consent from BroadwayCon. Any person asked to cease taking photos or videos, or asked to hand over their equipment for holding until the end of the conference, must do so. 


BroadwayCon reserves the right to withhold or disable any ticket without refund at any time at its discretion. Attendees of BroadwayCon who are found to be attempting to access events for which they do not have tickets; who are rude or disruptive during the programming; who break any city, state or federal law; who attempt to deceive any organizer; who violate the Mischief Management Code of Conduct, or are found by BroadwayCon staff deserving for any other reason, will have their tickets revoked without refund. 


By attending BroadwayCon you agree to indemnify and release from all liability the BroadwayCon staff, BroadwayCon venue and all other parties related to the conference arising from any and all claims, grievances and complaints.


Attendees of BroadwayCon agree that they are solely responsible for any loss or theft of or damage to their personal property. BroadwayCon does not accept responsibility or assume risk for lost, stolen, or damaged property. 


Attendees also agree that their likeness, if captured by onsite photographers or videographers, may be used by BroadwayCon or any of its associated entities for any legitimate purpose including promotional and commercial.


NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND PERMITTED BY MANAGEMENT OF THE EVENT. ARTISTS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. EVENT DATE AND TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. TICKET WILL NOT BE REPLACED IF LOST, STOLEN, MUTILATED OR DESTROYED UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY AGREED BY MANAGEMENT. TICKET IS NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH.


Event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. In the case of extreme inclement weather which restricts travel for our audience, attendees with unused tickets will be permitted to apply the unused ticket amount ($USD) to a future event.
