If you are planning to purchase tickets to BroadwayCon but are concerned you may not be able to come, there is an option to protect your purchase. Our ticketing platform, Leap, offers refund protection through a third party service called Protect Group. You can choose to add on this option when you are checking out. If you need to cancel your trip for any of Protect Group's approved reasons (listed at the link), you can request a refund at Refundable.me.
Please note that BroadwayCon does not directly provide any form of purchase protection (see our refund policy for more details), and all requests must be sent directly to Protect Group.
