How does seating in the MainStage work?

Seating in the MainStage is general admission, with the exception of the Platinum Pass. While the MainStage can hold many attendees, there may be certain, highly popular events for which the MainStage reaches capacity. When the room approaches capacity, we will stop allowing entry by General or Day Pass-holders. Gold and Platinum Pass-holders are always guaranteed a seat in the room — even when the doors are closed to other attendees. There will be a volunteer stationed outside the MainStage to help Gold passes find a seat somewhere in the room, or to assist Platinum Pass-holders to their reserved seating area at the front. There is no reserved seating for Gold Pass-holders.
